Refund policy
All returns must be postmarked within fifteen (15) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Parts are sold for off-road or motorsports use where applicable.
To return an item, please email customer service at Support@rlperformanceracing.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging. Please allow for up to 24-48 hours to receive this. Once you get the RMA and return shipping label emailed to you, you can return the item as soon as you can. Thank you!
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow up to (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you via email immediately when your return has been processed.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Electronics
- Used Parts
- Special Order
For defective or damaged products, please contact us via email to arrange a refund or exchange.
Please Note
- A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
- All Parts are for Off-Road use only.
